RTx Build™ · Construction

Stop bidding off somebody else’s averages.

RTx Build prices a job from your materials, your supplier’s own quote and what an hour actually costs you — then carries that number through to a signed contract and an invoice that gets paid.

The Quick Quote needs no account. Nothing here asks for a card.

A national average is not your price.

Cost books sell a country-wide figure with a county multiplier on top. It is an approximation of what somebody else paid, somewhere else, at some point — and a bid built on it either loses the job or wins it at a loss.

Your supplier

Send the list, get real prices

Pick the job, and the material list builds itself. Text it to your counter and they fill in the pricing. That is a quote from the merchant you actually buy from, at the rate you actually pay.

Your hours

Know what an hour costs

Overhead, your own pay, the burden on a wage, and the hours you can genuinely bill. Set it once and every job in the app costs its labour at it.

Your history

Prices you have already paid

A price you set is remembered and used next time. Every line says where its number came from, so you can see what is yours and what is still a guess.

From the first number to the money in the bank.

One record carries the job the whole way. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is remembered from the last screen.

  1. Your rateWhat an hour costs, built from your own overhead and billable hours.
  2. The estimateA full material list for the work, with the waste factor already on it.
  3. The supplier quoteSend the list to one merchant or several, and keep every answer.
  4. The contractSigned by the customer, frozen at that moment, and a copy to both of you.
  5. The invoiceRaised on the terms in the contract, with the hours already on it.
  6. PaidTexted to the customer, paid by card, reconciled against the job.

Work you can pass on, and work you can pick up.

The network sits inside the app rather than beside it, so a job you are already running is one tap from a sub, a crew, or somebody who can fetch what you forgot.

The board

Sub it out, or take it on

Post a phase straight from a job’s scope of work — tick what the sub is doing and the posting writes itself. The board shows the town and the postcode, never the street, and the address goes to whoever gets the work.

Crew

People, with their tickets on file

Your crew and the subcontractors you use, with trades and licence expiry dates that warn you before they lapse. A man whose ticket ran out last week is a job you cannot legally take.

Runner

A bit, a permit, a pallet

Short paid trips, posted to whoever is nearby. Runs ignore trade, because carrying a core bit does not need an electrician — and custody is photographed at both ends.

Referrals

The trades you do not carry

Pass a job to somebody who covers it. They see the town, the postcode and the scope — not the address, and not the customer’s number.

Free to use. You pay when it does the work for you.

The free side is not a trial and it is not a crippled version. It is the whole app, worked by hand, for as long as you like.
