We never see or store your bank login credentials. Plaid uses tokenized access, and access tokens are stored encrypted in our backend (Supabase) and accessed only by server-side Edge Functions. You can disconnect a Plaid connection at any time from within RTx Wealth Dash™.

Our applications include AI-powered features (such as Coach Paul AI, AI career enrichment in RTx Forge™, photo food logging in RTx Nutrify™, civic message drafting in RTx Impact™, and calendar event matching in RTx Vista™) powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Inputs you provide to these features (text prompts, photos, assessment responses) may be transmitted to Anthropic for processing. We send only what is necessary to generate the response and we do not include identifying information unless you have placed it in your input.

The RTx LifeSystem™ — the name you will see on the Google consent screen — is the set of RTx™ applications described at rockettrainx.com/hub. Several of them let you sign in with Google, and one of them can optionally connect to your Google Calendar. Google requires us to state plainly what we receive and what we do with it, and this subsection governs Google user data wherever it is mentioned elsewhere in this policy.
Signing in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile image from Google's standard sign-in. We use them to create your account, to sign you in, and to show which account is signed in. Signing in with Google does not give us access to your Google Calendar, your Gmail, your Drive, or your contacts. You can sign in with an emailed link instead and never use Google at all.
Connecting Google Calendar. This happens only if you press Connect inside the application. We request exactly two permissions, and we request no others:

own and write your due dates to it.What we deliberately do not request. We do not request
calendar.events, the broad permission that would let an application change every
calendar in your account. Because we never ask for it, we cannot modify, delete or add anything to
your existing calendars. That limit is structural rather than a promise.
What we store, and what we do not. When a calendar is connected we store, for each event, only when it happened and how long it lasted — the date, start and end times, duration, whether it was an all-day entry, the identifier Google assigns the event, whether it repeats, and which of your goals, targets or tasks you have confirmed it served. We also store the calendar's own name, such as "Work" or "Family", so you can tell your calendars apart. We do not store event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees, invitees or attachments. Birthday information is read at the moment a screen asks for it and is not stored at all; it does not appear in our logs, which record counts rather than names.
Matching events to your goals. When you open Matches in RTx Vista™, the application reads the titles of upcoming and recent events on the calendars you have switched on and sends them, together with the names of your own goals, targets and tasks, to Anthropic's Claude API, which proposes which goal each event served. Event titles are sent only for this purpose, are shown to you on the Matches screen, and are not stored by us afterwards. Anthropic processes them under its commercial terms, which do not permit API inputs to be used to train its models. Nothing is counted toward a goal until you confirm it, and a recurring event you have already answered is matched from your answer without being sent again.
Limited Use. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features described above; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models; we do not sell it; and we do not use it for advertising. Event titles are sent to Anthropic's Claude API only to propose the matches described above, which you then confirm or decline; they are not used for any other purpose.
Disconnecting and deletion. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from within the application, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops all further access. Calendar records already stored are deleted with your account, and you may request deletion at any time using the contact details in this policy.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any OverThrive® LLC form, you agree to receive SMS messages from ROCKETTRAINx™ at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month under normal circumstances. Higher frequency may apply during active coaching engagements or scheduled appointments. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Your mobile phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with service providers that process messages on our behalf (such as GoHighLevel and underlying carriers), and only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further marketing SMS. You may still receive transactional messages directly related to active appointments or active subscriptions unless you also unsubscribe from those.
We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Services. Each provider is bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Current providers include:

If OverThrive® LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you have regarding your information.
We may share aggregated or de-identified data (which cannot reasonably be used to identify you) for research, analytics, marketing, or other business purposes.
