If you choose to connect a financial account to RTx Wealth Dash through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"), Plaid will retrieve information from your financial institution on our behalf. This may include:

We never see or store your bank login credentials. Plaid uses tokenized access, and access tokens are stored encrypted in our backend (Supabase) and accessed only by server-side Edge Functions. You can disconnect a Plaid connection at any time from within RTx Wealth Dash.

2.4 AI Interaction Data

Our applications include AI-powered features (such as Coach Paul AI, AI career enrichment in RTx Forge, photo food logging in RTx Nutrify, and civic message drafting in RTx Impact) powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Inputs you provide to these features (text prompts, photos, assessment responses) may be transmitted to Anthropic for processing. We send only what is necessary to generate the response and we do not include identifying information unless you have placed it in your input.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any OverThrive® LLC form, you agree to receive SMS messages from ROCKETTRAINx at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month under normal circumstances. Higher frequency may apply during active coaching engagements or scheduled appointments. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

SMS messages from OverThrive® LLC may include:

Your mobile phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with service providers that process messages on our behalf (such as GoHighLevel and underlying carriers), and only as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further marketing SMS. You may still receive transactional messages directly related to active appointments or active subscriptions unless you also unsubscribe from those.

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms of Service; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of OverThrive® LLC, our users, or others.

If OverThrive® LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you have regarding your information.

We may share aggregated or de-identified data (which cannot reasonably be used to identify you) for research, analytics, marketing, or other business purposes.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

RTx Wealth Dash is a financial education and planning tool. It does not provide personalized investment advice, execute financial transactions, or manage user funds. Information presented through RTx Wealth Dash is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified financial professional.

OverThrive® LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, certified public accountant, or tax advisor. Plaid integration complies with the Plaid Developer Policy and applicable data access agreements. Data handling practices are designed to align with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) safeguards rule to the extent applicable.

15. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

RTx Nutrify, RTx PhyTr, and related health features provide general nutritional, fitness, and wellness information. This information is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement intake, especially if you have or suspect a medical condition.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (including Amazon Associates affiliate links, Cardone University, Cardone Ventures, and others). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Material changes will be communicated to you through email, in-app notification, or prominent notice on our Services.
