ROCKETTRAINx™ | Civic Impact
America was not designed to be directed from the top down. It was designed to be directed by the people. We the People is not a slogan — it is an instruction. RTx Civic gives you the tools to fulfill that obligation and make your voice count.
"We the People of the United States... do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."Preamble to the Constitution of the United States — The authority is yours.
Why It Matters
Most Americans believe change comes from the top — that if we elect the right president, everything will be taken care of. That is not how America was designed to work.
The United States was architected from the bottom up. Citizens instruct their local and state representatives. Those representatives instruct Congress. Congress shapes policy, law, and the direction of the nation. The President executes — but We the People lead.
When citizens disengage — when we stop contacting our representatives, stop showing up, stop making our voices heard — we don't lose power because it was taken from us. We lose it because we surrendered it.
RTx Civic exists because civic engagement is not just a right — it is a responsibility. And like every other skill in the RTx ecosystem, it can be learned, practiced, and executed effectively — at 10X the level most citizens operate at. The same 10X mindset that builds businesses builds movements.
Representatives are employees of their constituents. They work for you. Contacting them is not a favor — it is you doing your job as a citizen.
Change doesn't start in Washington. It starts in city councils, state legislatures, and school boards. Local voices travel further than most people realize.
RTx believes in individual freedom and private sector ingenuity. Civic engagement protects the environment in which those solutions can thrive.
Free speech, right to petition, right to assemble — these are not just protections. They are instruments of change. RTx Civic teaches you to use them.

Civic Effectiveness
Most people contact their representatives the wrong way, at the wrong time, with the wrong message. Here's how to do it right.
Phone calls are the most effective form of contact. A 30-second call to a local office carries more weight than 100 emails. Ask to speak to the staff member covering your issue.
Vague complaints get filed and forgotten. Name the specific bill, policy, or vote. Tell them what you want them to do — not just what you're upset about.
One message doesn't move mountains. Contact monthly, not just when you're angry. Consistent constituents get remembered — and get results.
Local and state representatives are far more accessible. City council members, county commissioners, and state legislators are where your voice has the fastest impact.
A coordinated group of constituents is exponentially more effective than one. Share petitions, coordinate with your RTx community, and amplify your message.
Ask how your representative voted. Hold them accountable publicly — on social media, in letters to local newspapers, and in conversations with your community.
RTx Impact Pillar
The RTx Impact Pillar is about positive contribution to society — creating opportunity for others and protecting the freedoms that make individual success possible in the first place. A prosperous America depends on citizens who are engaged, informed, and willing to use the tools the Constitution gives them.
RTx Civic is how you fulfill that part of the mission — not through politics, but through participation. This is private sector thinking applied to civic responsibility.
